Auto accidents
Rear-end, T-bone, hit-and-run, uninsured motorist. We handle every kind of California car accident case.
The stakes after a California auto accident
A car accident can upend your health, your job, and your family’s finances in a single afternoon. Insurance adjusters know this. They open with lowball offers designed to close your case before you understand what it’s really worth.
What we do
We investigate the crash, secure the evidence before it disappears, coordinate your medical care, and build a case the insurance company takes seriously. If they refuse to pay fairly, we file suit.
No fee unless we win
You pay nothing to hire us. Our fee is a percentage of the recovery, and only if there is a recovery.
A little clarity, right from the start.
What should I do right after a car accident in California?
Call 911, get medical attention even if you feel fine, photograph the scene, exchange information, and contact an attorney before speaking with the other driver's insurance company.
How long do I have to file a car accident claim in California?
Generally two years from the date of the accident. Claims against government entities (city buses, damaged roads) have a six-month notice deadline.
What if the other driver was uninsured?
Your own uninsured motorist coverage may apply. We work through UM/UIM claims regularly and know how insurers try to underpay them.
